We do the screening of each candidate as well as the interviewing so that our clients do not have to spend their valuable time themselves finding a match for their family. We carefully screen candidates specifically for your full time, part time, long term, and temporary needs.

Our staff maintains close contact with you throughout the placement process and beyond.
The Nanny IA provides:
A thorough background Investigation on each individual nanny at the time of hire that includes:
A social security number trace
A statewide and national criminal records search, as well as a fugitive search
Identification verification
A Harris or Fort Bend County criminal and civil records search as well as a driving history
Application: In-depth questionaire on the nanny's past employment, education, training, and family information. You will be given a complete copy of the application at the time of hiring.
Personal Interview: We will check out the nanny's personality and professionalism.
Client/Agency Contract: Covers the fees and replacement policy and what NIA will do for you. Due with application.
Nanny/Family Work Contract: This covers what is expected from the nanny as an employee.
Work History: included on the nanny's application.
Documentation: the nanny will need to provide at the time of screening their social security card, valid drivers license and insurance, and CPR card.
CPR/First Aid: certification card needed, or nanny to sign-up with-in first 30 days for a class.
To start the process:
1: Contact our office: we will email or fax you the Family Application and Agreement. (Application can be done online also) Fill out the forms and either fax,mail, or email it back to us along with payment for the search fee ($135).
2: One of our Placement Consultants will conduct a thorough consultation with your family with you and review your needs.
3: The Nanny Intelligence Agency will match the best candidates based on your requirements and forward their applications and references to you.
4: From here, you will review applications and interview the candidates directly. The Nanny Intelligence Agency will be in touch throughout the interviewing process to assist you.
5: Hire the perfect nanny for your family! (Referral fee due before nanny begins)
6: The Nanny Intelligence Agency will forward on your nanny's criminal background results (going back 7 years, as per federal law), Motor Vehicle Record, and social security verification.
7: The Nanny Intelligence Agency will contact you and your nanny on occasion during the first three months to make sure everything is going great.
Fees:
Registration fee of $135 to start the process (application and search fee)
Referral fee $1,000.00 w/a 90-day Guarantee
Temporary referral rates: $325.00/month, $90.00/week, $25.00/day
