Locally Owned: Janet Daniels founded the Nanny Intelligence Agency in Houston, 2007, with the goal of providing a highly professional nanny placement service with a cost effective flat fee structure, by developing and adhering to strict quality guidelines, and providing excellent candidates on a consistent basis and filling placements in a timely manner. Mrs. Daniels brings to the agency the dedication and knowledge it takes to run a successful nanny agency. She is ideally suited to guide the process of matching the personality and skill sets of a nanny with a family needing in-home childcare. Mrs. Daniels works in the agency first hand with her staff and continues to perfrom great work to ensure that all clients and nannies are given the best treatment possile. Mrs. Daniels has taken childhood education and psychology classes that she brings along with her 7 year professional nanny experience. Not only with a long nanny experience, she's also a caring mother of two. This gives her the extra insight to provide clients who are hiring a nanny for the first time, so Mrs. Daniels knows both sides of this field as a mother hiring a nanny and as a nanny once herself. Mrs. Daniels sees the growing need for caring nannies and for an agency that will look for the absolute best fit for the family, not just place anyone, anywhere.

What we require from our Nannies:
Commitment of 1 year
Nannies must have their own car, with full coverage auto insurance
All candidates must be non-smokers
Speak English
Certified in First Aid
High School graduate, and at least 18 years of age
3 non-related child-care references: i.e. previous nanny experience, day care, babysitting
We have an open book policy with our clients, therefore, all of the information we obtain on your nanny is yours to review at any time.
